This site is normally accessible to users at all times. An interruption for technical maintenance may be decided by the technical team, which will endeavor to communicate the dates and times of the intervention to users beforehand.

3. Description of Services Provided

This site aims to provide information about the company's activities. Nautic Experiences strives to provide information on the site that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies, or failures to update, whether caused by itself or by third-party partners who provide this information.

All information on the site is provided for guidance only and is subject to change. Furthermore, this information is not exhaustive and is provided subject to modifications made since it was published online.

4. Contractual Limitations on Technical Data

Nautic Experiences owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights for all content accessible on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site's content, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Nautic Experiences.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its content will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nautic Experiences cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in Section 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Nautic Experiences also cannot be held liable for indirect damages (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the site.

Interactive areas (such as the ability to ask questions in the contact section) are available to users. Nautic Experiences reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that violates applicable French law, particularly data protection provisions. Where applicable, Nautic Experiences also reserves the right to pursue the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, particularly in the event of racist, defamatory, or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

7. Management of Personal Data

In France, personal data is protected by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L.226-13 of the French Criminal Code, and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the site, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the site, the user's internet service provider, and the user's IP address.

In any case, Nautic Experiences only collects personal information relating to the user for the needs of certain services offered by the site. The user provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when entering it themselves.

The site contains a number of hyperlinks to other sites, set up with the permission of Nautic Experiences. However, Nautic Experiences does not have the means to verify the content of the sites thus visited and will therefore assume no responsibility for this.

Browsing the site is likely to result in cookies being installed on the user's computer. A cookie does not identify the user but records information relating to browsing on a site. This data is used to facilitate subsequent browsing on the site and to measure traffic.
